    "I’ve had the privilege of being a head chef for 13 years, with over 20 years of experience working in some incredible restaurants and locations, including Vivo in Palm Cove, Rock Salt in Noosa, and the Crown Hotel in Southwold, England. I stepped away from running restaurants when my partner and I had our second child, as family became my top priority. Being present for my children as they grow and sharing those special moments is incredibly important to me.

    Cooking has always been my passion, and founding Pure Chef Cairns has allowed me to do what I love while also helping others. This journey has brought me immense joy and fulfillment, and it fuels my enthusiasm to keep improving every single day."

    "Hello, my name is Andrea, and I’m originally from Turin, Italy. I moved to Australia about 13 years ago and have had the pleasure of working in several renowned restaurants in Cairns, including Vivo and Villa Romana alongside Jason, as well as managing Lake Placid Pizzeria.

    I find great joy in helping others and have a passion for teaching. Witnessing the growth of individuals and knowing that the skills I’ve shared will stay with them for years is something that fills me with pride.

    In my spare time, I love to travel and make frequent trips back to Italy to visit my family.
